Returns & Exchanges

If you have bought products for your own private use as a consumer and want to exercise your right to cancel the contract and return the items you have purchased, return the unused product within fifteen (15) calendar days after the date of receipt of the delivery, including a copy of your receipt and a note explaining the reasons for your return. Read the instructions of How To Return Items below.

Once we have received and validated your returned items, we will confirm it to you by email. Refund will be processed by us and confirmed by email.

Please note that OUTLET items are final sale and can not be returned.

If the Products you have received do not correspond to the ones you have ordered, or if your delivery is incomplete or damaged in transportation, please contact without delay our customer service 646 265 8923 (Monday through Friday during our regular working hours) for assistance.


HOW TO RETURN ITEMS?

Please follow the following instructions:

• You must return the items in their original package, including a copy of your receipt and a note explaining the reasons for your return.

• You must include all accessories, user manuals and any free gifts that came in the same package.

• Where an item has been purchased as a part of a bundle of multiple items, all multiple items within that bundle must be returned.

• Please treat the items with care and return them in the condition that they were delivered to you.

• Please pack the items securely.

• Replacement or refund can only be processed once we have received all items to be returned.

If you return items 1) that you are not entitled to return, 2) that are not in their original condition, 3) that are without proper or missing packaging, 4) with items missing from the return delivery, 5) without following our return instructions, or 6) have otherwise failed to exercise reasonable care of the returning item/s, we reserve the right to either reject your return and decline to refund your purchase amount, subject to applicable law.

If your return has been accepted, we will refund your total purchase amount by crediting your payment card thirty (30) calendar days after the date of receipt of the delivery.

Please note that WeGonnaTalk will only process returns and refunds for items bought in this Online Shop.


DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please call Customer Service at 646 265 8923 (Monday through Friday during our regular working hours) to report a “Defective Item.”

Please ship the defective item back to us, and we will either issue you a credit, a refund, or send you a new replacement product as per your request.


EXCHANGE ITEMS

In the event of a Product Exchange, please call Customer Service at 646 265 8923 (Monday through Friday during our regular working hours) to report an “Exchange Item.”

If you would like to get an item in another size or color, just place a new order with the desired attributes, and contact us to request a refund for your initial order. After we receive and review your exchanged item, we’ll refund your original payment method. If we do not receive your exchanged item, you will not receive a refund. All returned items will be refunded once accepted under the return instructions.


CUSTOM PRODUCT ORDERS CAN’T BE CANCELLED OR RETURNED

Each custom product is made specifically to your specifications and as a result, your orders cannot be modified, cancelled or returned.

On the order review page, you will have a chance to review your design choices and make changes before you purchase. This is very important because a customized product cannot be returned and your purchase is non-refundable. PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL INFORMATION IS CORRECT before you proceed to purchase.

If you want to make a correction or just change things up, you can do so before you purchase. While in the order review page, just click any edit button (or pencil icon) and you’ll be taken back to the customization and personalization screens to make your desired changes. Once you are satisfied, remember to review your changes carefully on the REVIEW AND BUY screen because a custom product cannot be returned.


REFUND INFORMATION

• Reimbursement will be issued according to the original form of payment.
• Shipping charges will only be refunded if the item is deemed defective.
• Refunds will be credited for the purchased price along with any applicable taxes.
• Allow (at least) 3-7 business days to process the refund and for your account statement to reflect a credit.
• Please allow (at least) 2-4 weeks for processing a refund if the merchandise was paid for with a check or money order.
